Student and activist Mehi Bigdeli barred from continuing with his University studies
Mehi Bigdeli, political activist and student in the field of philosophy and Islamic studies, got dismissed after studying two semesters at the Science and Research University of Tehran. One of his relatives said in an interview with the “peace activists in exile campaign” that they follow the legal case of the expulsion through the Administrative Justice Court, but so far no results have been achieved. The student has been informed about his expulsion through a letter given to him by the university authorities. He also didn’t receive grades last year as a “stared” student. Politically active university students are blacklisted with stars by the Iranian authorities.
