Siavash Hatam, one of the political prisoners in Evin Prison, a student activist and former director of the Islamic Association of students at Bu-Ali Sina University of Hamedan was released at 21 august 2013. According to Südwind journalist Vandad Oladazimi Siavash Hatam, a student activist and former director of the Islamic Association of students at Bu-Ali Sina University of Hamedan was arrested by Intelligence ministry agents on 23 November 2010 and taken to an unknown location. This was not the first time Hatam was arrested. He was also arrested after the Iran’s fraud presidential election in June 2009 He was later released on bail and forced to relocate to Tehran and attend the Shahid Beheshti University instead of his usual place of study Hamedan. His arrest took place while he was taking part in an exam at Shahid Beheshti University. He was released this morning by the end of the sentence. Hatam was charged with organizing an unlawful gathering and conspiring against the regim. He was sentenced to 18 Months of stay in Evin Prison. Mohammad Reza Noori another prisoners in Evin prison today was given aleave today.
